COLD CHAIN IN FOOD TRADE
Perlou's Poultry Processing 1958 acknowledges the Ministry of Health guidelines on "Cold Chain Processing" and advises that processed poultry be transported chilled to your kitchen.
Management guarantees the freshness of purchased poultry and will replace processed meat of unsatisfactory quality if returned within ONE hour of purchase accompanied with your Receipt.
Cold Chain in Food Trade Process
A Cold Chain is a Temperature Controlled and Monitored supply chain.
The goal of the cold chain is to keep a sample or material within a certain temperature range during all stages of delivery, processing and storage.
